So what would you be doing as a representative as Lightyear Wireless?
Your lifetime goal as a representative with Lightyear Wireless is to get 10 points. What this means to your going to activate cell phone plans. A typical phone would earn you one point and blackberry's earn you two points. Some people are able to do this within their first three days. Some representative will earn 20,50, 100 points, you do not stop at 10 that is simply a sub par goal for Lightyear members. Each Point you activate is worth $25 and if you get 10 within your first thirty days of working with the company you will get a $200 bonus and like I said that is not a hard task. Throw a couple ads up on craigslist selling phone plans. For those who are familiar with the internet and ebay, you can place ads with a picture of a cell phone that links to your my wireless rep page. So like I said not hard to do and so far that is a simple $450 in your first 30 days of working with the company.
When you first join Lightyear Wireless you will start off as a manager. Your only responsibility as a manager is to inform two other people who could use an extra $1200 in their first month of working and ill explain how you make that later on. Remember this as a Manager - (You invite, We present, They decide) when you have two people join your team, you will receive $25 for both of them for becoming a representative which equals $50 and $25 a piece when they activate their company phones, so you can add that $100 to your previous $450 for the 10 points your going to get and you are already at $550 in your first thirty days.
Once you have built your team of two as a manger you are promoted to the senior manager position. The average time for Lightyear Wireless representative to be promoted from manager to senior manager is 24-48 hours. The record Is 5 minutes. As a Senior Manager you get a $10 pay increase so you are now going to be making $35 per member you bring on to your team.
This is when you start taking on company responsibilities.
If you do not already have a Lightyear Team in your area, then trust me that is not bad news. You can start your own team and benefit financially. What you will do is you will hold interviews for others to become a part of this opportunity. You will be responsible to call your leads that you get off of your website, or that you get via cragslist or any other form, and you will set up interviews or presentations explaining Lightyear Wireless. You will also start taking on more responsibilities as far as selling the phones and plans, making sure you are spreading the word. Like I said previously you can do craigslist, other forms of classified ads, you can create business cards, fliers, or even pay per click advertisements. The possibilities are nearly endless but you have to take advantage of them. The typical senior manager that is putting in 15-30 hours worth of work is making between $200 - $300 dollars per week.
To be promoted to the next level all you have to do is turn 5 managers into senior managers, so 5 people that you bring into this business, help them get their two people that would like to make an extra $1200 in their first month.
If you do this in your first 30 days, Get promoted to Regional Manager, you will be given a $500 bonus. So that is how we calculate the people who put a pretty good effort in their first month, will get around $1200. $550 from your 10 points and first two members, and then the bonus plus the $35 for getting each member up to your Regional Manager position.
As a regional manager you are going to have the same responsibilities, Interviews, presentations, flyers, business cards, craigslist, ebay, taking advantage of both the online and personal face to face market. You will receive a $15 pay increase on top of the $10 pay increase you received as a senior manager, so you will now be making $50 per representative you bring into the company. The average Regional Manager who is putting in around 15-30 hours is making in the range of $300-$500 per week.
There are three leadership positions but our main goal is to get you to the Regional Manager position within your first 30 days and then I will have your information and be able to contact you about all the information you need. Above the Regional Manager position is the Vice President, the Senior Vice President, and the Presidential Director.
Now I want to emphasize to you how beneficial it is to build your network with this company. What I was explaining to you above is how you get paid weekly, but now I'm going to move on the the residual check which comes in monthly. There is a 60 day delay from when you start to when you will first receive you monthly residual check. That's is why I explained the weekly pay first seeing as that is what we want your focus to be on that first month moving into the second.
The most important thing is the network, and for those of you who don't know what a residual is, this is how it was explained to me. You get paid for the work your did once, over and over again. And the example my leader explained to me was this. Think of your favorite actor or actress and for this example Ill use Will Smith. He said to me ok will smith, back when he filmed The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, you remember that. Well do you think he hops back in his tight blue shorts and little pink hat and re-films the shows. No. So every time Pbs "network" or fox "network" is playing the reruns of fresh prince of bel air he is being paid a residual check off the work he did a long time ago.
so here is how our network benefits you our representative. You remember those two people who you got because they wanted to make $1200 in their first 30 days of working with the company. Well since they become managers, they are going to go out and get their two people. Now the average time it takes for our representative to get their two people is 24-48 hours. But lets say that the people that you get have on your team are the type of people you tell them to go left and they go right, this isn't a perfect world, so I'm going to give you an imperfect scenario. Lets say it not only takes you a month but lets say it takes all of your manager each a month to get their two representatives
so
2 = 1 month
4 = 2 months
8 = 3 months
16 = 4 months
32 = 5 months
64 = 6 months
128 = 7 months
256 = 8 months
512 = 9 months
1000+ = 10 months
lets say they even do worse than that and A year after working with us you have a network build up of 1000+ representatives. You remember those 10 points that I told you about in the beginning. Each representative is supposed to get 10 points within their first 30 days but lets say they aren't doing good at that either because we want to show you the potential of this company
so to do the math we are going to multiply the 1000+ network time 5 points even though they should have 10 and that equates to 5000 points build up in your network after working with us for a year. And since points = cell phone plans we are going to multiply that 5000 points by the average cell phone bill for that nation and that is $60
You will be making Lightyear Wireless $300,000 per month, working with this company a year from now. So are they happy or mad at you? They are happy. so they are going to cut you a residual check of 4%, this might sound impossible to some of you, and I had my doubts when I first started. That comes out to $12,000 every month, just on residual income. When you get High up in this industry there are representatives makes six figure income monthly. $49 a month to have your website to allow you this opportunity didn't sound too bad to me after I saw those numbers, and when I realized that that was with a team that when you told them to go left they went right.
