  • The blog you are currently reading I started completely over the night of march the 26th so it could be more search engine friendly by containing Lightyear Wireless in the URL (The web address - LightyearWirelessBlog.blogspot.com ) So I made a new Blog and uploaded all of my current Lightyear Wireless Posts.
    
  • I knew that when I started blogging that I was not going to get traffic immediately, and heck I might not get traffic with it anyways, but if you write what people want to hear, have an abundance of useful content and make it search engine friendly you will receive traffic. Traffic is the best way to help your business grow and a blog is simply another way to gain more traffic.
    
  • Make sure that you keep updating your blog making an effort to post quite often, or simply edit the posts you currently have to improve them. Submit your blog to url submission websites or submit it to search engines.

• Make business cards. Whenever you hear someone complain about their service, simply hand them one, give them a short summary of Lightyear Wireless and what we can offer them, and just very quickly when your about to part just mention "If you have any friends send them my way". You'll be surprised at the responses you receive.

• If you haven't head of Craigslist.com you need to look into it. If you do not have an account with them you can sign up HERE. Craigslist, in the community section you can tell people about your blog or in some of the other sections you can mention about your business opportunity, make sure to read their guidelines so your posts don't get flagged.   • To attract representatives is to hold a gathering local church, or hotel, basically a large room where you can have a PowerPoint / video presentation in the front. Have all of the representatives under you invite as many prospects as you can to come view your business.
    
  • Make sure that you have some of your new representatives speak so that they can see even the new members are having success. People now-a-days almost have to have testimonial in order to do anything. Have the new members mention how they got trained, got their few hours in that week, and had a paycheck in the mail. Then you can have one of your leaders, at least a Vice president speak and maybe show a copy of his residual check. The truth will set you free and when they see that vice president if he is working making around 3,000 a month then they will see that this works. Emphasize that that 3,000 is only his/her residual check, they will still be getting their 4 weekly checks in the mail
